What this program is about: 

• Professional Development program for recent graduates.

• Duration: 2 years. 

• Full time position. 

• The candidate will join our Digital & IT Global Hub in Madrid. 

• Rotations in different departments such as Business Technology (Marketing and Sales,) Corp Sustainability Digitalization, Enterprise Platforms, AI Strategy and Innovation service.

• Mentor support and ongoing training. 

• Access to JTI Internal Vacancies. 

• Location: Madrid.

• Start date: September 2025.

• Number of vacancies: 2.

What will you do – Responsibilities:  

Since this is a rotational program, tasks and knowledge areas will be varied. Graduates provide support in different Digital & IT departments: Business Technology (Marketing and Sales), Corp Sustainability Digitalization, Enterprise Platforms, AI Strategy and Innovation service.
