Focus area: SHE. Occupational Risks Prevention (PRL)

Training through practical experience: 

• Joining the SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) department, integrating AstraZeneca Spain's own prevention service in the new offices of the Global Hub in Barcelona, a global R&D centre with more than 35 nationalities, supporting all the department's own tasks.
• Collaborate in updating and maintaining the structure of Occupational Risk Prevention and Well-being, aimed at establishing a culture that goes beyond the established legal framework.
• Contribute to the updating of AstraZeneca's occupational risk prevention management system documentation and assist during audits.
• Support in the design and implementation of different training and awareness campaigns for employees and support all campaigns organised by the SHE department towards employees: Medical check-ups, vaccination campaigns, courses for employees (driving, smoking cessation, among others).
• Under supervision of the department manager you will contribute to the global KPI reporting through the internal AZSHEsystem, monitoring the established KPIs, as well as the management of Events, accidents and near misses together with the corresponding investigations, establishing action plans if necessary.
• You will have the opportunity to participate in the challenge of planning and monitoring the construction of the new AstraZeneca offices in Barcelona for a new building with more than 50.000m2 planned. Including the evaluation of all risks and other activities that SHE may be required.
