Jr. V2X Engineer

Our Mobile Wireless Internet group is looking for a Jr. Engineer to join our V2X Research Line.

The MWI-V2X team has been recently awarded with the INTEGRA project. This project is focused in high security autonomous and connected mobility. The project aims to increase cooperation between the 4 different research centers involved (CTAG, CIDAUT, ITENE and I2CAT).

The selected engineer will work in the MWI-V2X team, which is focused on intervehicular communications, on the following tasks:

• Simulation tools analysis and comparison
• Creation of simulation environments and tests.
• Development of custom tools to improve integration of simulators
• Collaborate in the physical tests and analysis of the results compared to the simulations

The selected technologies to be simulated are 802.11p and Cellular V2X

This contract will be funded by the CDTI within the "Convocatoria de acreditación y concesión de ayudas destinadas a Centros Tecnológicos de Excelencia "Cervera" de 2020."
