Job description

i2CAT is looking for an administrative Project Manager to join our PMO team. We are looking for an autonomous profile who is familiar with the legal, administrative and financial management of H2020, MICINN, CDTI and ACCIO/AGAUR projects.

 

The successful candidate will focus on the management of national and European projects. Secondarily, he /she needs to be familiar with the requirements linked to the presentation of proposals to European and National calls.

 

Among the tasks and responsibilities, the candidate will have to:

  • Justification of competitive projects.
  • Prepare administrative and financial project audits
  • Search for calls.
  • Participate in the preparation of project proposals

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • Degree (desired in economics or law but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience coordinating European research projects
  • Good level of English both written and spoken. Presentation skills required.
  • Knowledge of the national and European legislation of the public sector.
  • Experience in coordinating the presentation of grant proposals both national and European

Nice to have:

  • Postgraduate studies (master).
  • At least >3 years of experience in research centers.
  • Experience in defending results of the projects (reviews).
  • Experience in legal allegations
  • Experience in revison of legal texts (contracts, NDA, MOU..)
  • Experience in screening funding sources.
  • Catalan will be a plus
