The i2CAT Foundation is looking for an Jr. IoT Engineer to join our Mobile Wireless Internet (MWI) team.
The sucessful candidate will join one of the MWI group projects to work on the implementation and development of IoT solutions and their evaluation in real environments. Concretly, the person is expected to work on location and positioning solutions based on IoT technologies where the candidate will have to evaluate and implement systems based on the use of one or more technologies to improve existing positioning or location solutions.
For example, in the field of logistics, i2CAT is working on the development of solutions based on the use of UWB and VLC for tracking or positioning indoor assets. Research will be done in order to improve existing solutions and to apply these and other technologies to other areas of interest.
