Job description

Located in Palma, you will be part of one of our game teams and will be collaborating with other artists, unity developers and product owners.

Being part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll produce high-end marketing creatives, which help us improve our marketing efforts and engage new users. 

We are looking for a 2D artist who has a passion for games, especially casual/mobile type. Creativity and a wide range of artistic skills are required, such as character design, animation, backgrounds, etc.

He will specialize in the conception and creation of art from the creation and export of assets to the final layout at Unity. He will work closely with other artists and developers following a workflow designed to facilitate teamwork.

Responsabilities

  • Ability to create visual concepts and prototypes.
  • Creation of all necessary game assets.
  • Collaboration with the rest of the team from the initial concept to the implementation in the game engine.

Requirements

We are looking for a person with the following skills: 

  • Handling of Photoshop and the Adobe Suite.
  • Experience in Unity and working with developers.
  • Knowledge of bone animation, in Unity or in SPINE type programs.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and colour theory.
  • Ease of teamwork in an inspiring and proactive way.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.

The following skills will be a plus:

  • Notions of UX/UI
  • Knowledge of the Scrum/agile methodology
  • Be familiar with working with version control
  • knowledge of illustration especially 2d and cartoon style.
