Job description

Location: Hybrid model (on-site + remote) at Braga, Portugal

About the Role

Do you have experience leading change in complex projects? We are looking for a Change Manager to lead change management for an ERP migration that will impact the entire company. This project represents a far-reaching strategic transformation, and your role will be key to ensuring effective adoption, minimizing resistance, and guaranteeing operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement change management strategies for the ERP migration.
  • Conduct impact and risk analyses on processes, systems, and people.
  • Coordinate communication with key stakeholders, including end users, managers, and technical teams.
  • Develop and implement training plans to facilitate adoption of the new ERP.
  • Integrate change management into project planning and execution.
  • Monitor change progress and adjust strategies based on metrics and feedback.
  • Ensure clear, continuous, and audience-tailored communication (in both English and Portuguese).

Requirements

Ideal Profile

  • 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in ERP migration or digital transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, influence, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in multicultural environments and with distributed teams.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in designing training programs and managing stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
