Job description

Verne Technology Group is a holding company comprising business divisions in Telecommunications, Energy and Technology, with expanding international subsidiaries. With more than 40 years of experience as a leader in network installation and maintenance, we offer a global service to our customers.

 

We are looking for a Human Resources HR Technician to work in our German subsidiary located in the Düsseldorf area (Germany). You will report to and collaborate with the corporate People and Talent team to implement the different policies of the area related to the incorporation and management of people in the subsidiary.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the incorporation of new employees through an adequate organisation of recruitment and onboarding.
  • Coordinate training activities for employees.
  • Manage employee relations and address their concerns and needs.
  • Manage all employee documentation within the HR area.
  • Provide support to the business in terms of recruitment and labour management.
  • Facilitate the local implementation of corporate HR processes and strategies.

Requirements

Minimum requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources (HR), Labour Relations (RRLL), Business Administration and Management, Law, Psychology or similar.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, as well as advanced knowledge of German.
  • Previous experience in the HR area is desirable.
