Plant General Manager Senior - Malasia

Currently, We are hiring a Plant General Manager with a focus on people, commercial, production and project management to join our client's solutions team in Malasia.

You will work for projects in the design, industrialization and manufacture of solutions for mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering. 

Your main functions:

• Supervise the daily operations of the plant.

• Search for new clients in the country.

• Prepare budget and monthly review to ensure its achievement.

• Ensure proper functioning of supply and logistic areas.

Complementary tasks:

• Develop and guide in continuous improvement efforts.

• Direct link with the client in cases of escalation quality issues.

• Communication with employees about performance and objetives achievement.

• Work related to marketing and visibility of the company in the Asian market.

Sporadic tasks:

• Recruitment of key profiles and their training.

• Visit suppliers

• Lead or follow the progress in corrective and preventive actions in production and quality areas.
