Currently, we are looking for Functional Support with high level of German to work on a long-term project in one of our major clients. Will be responsible of technical support in first or second level.
Also, the selected profile will join in a fix-contract our client's team after 6 months working with us.
Will perform the following tasks:
- Technical support to different SAP modules
- Alerts coordination
- Support by phone or ticketing tool
- Team support: improvements
- Reporting
