We want to incorporate a coworker to our team to work as CRM Technical Support in one of our clients located near Barcelona.

 

BETWEEN Technology is a multinational consulting firm that has advanced technological capabilities in the field of engineering and ICT. Our services reach all continents and cover various fields of the world economy, industry and service companies.

BETWEEN currently has a team of 400 people working in the fields of automotive, aerospace, railway, Oil & Gas, retail, world of sports, education, etc.

 

What will you do? 

  • You will give technical support to CRM users of the company
  • You will offer your help both in english and german
  • You will detect failures on the apps and the CRM and will improve it
  • You will have the support of your team

Requisitos

  • Technical background
  • Experienced as technical support to any CRM
  • Proficient German
  • High level of English
  • Knowledge and experience on Salesforce will be a plus
