In the Operations area we implemented Service Desk projects, IT Infrastructures and Cloud projects, among others.

We select an IT Technician with native German to join one of the SAP Consulting teams that Between has implemented in one of our main customers in the Retail sector.

The project will count of 6 months as a consultant of Between + Incorporation in client's staff.

You will:

- Technical incidences with SAP: development, test and production in HCM module. 

- Ticket solving (first level)

- Technical documentation required

- Support German/Europe customers mainly by ticketing tool and phone call for VIP users
