Job description

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

 

We are looking for the Customer Service Manager for a Technology Company based in the province of Tarragona. The position reports directly to the CEO of the company. The candidate will manage a direct team of 7 people.

The mission of the position in to design, deploy and manage the customer support services ( external and internal).

Main functions:

  • Product Support
    • Support procedures & tolos definition
    • Local (HQ) and remote (subsidiary) teams coordination and supervisión
    • External training certification management
    • Project Management
  • Internal Support IT
    • Define policies of equipment, systems, servers, computer securiyt and user permissions
    • IT tools selection ( hardware and software) for IT services and internal communications.
  • Lead the people of his/her team, partnering the selection and induction processes, assessing their performance, detecting the training needs and collaborating with HR in their development and professional career.
  • Be responsible for the correct application and improvement in its field of the policies, standards and quality procedures describe in the Quality Management System, in collaboration with Quality Manager.

 

 

Requirements

Profile:

  • Education: Graduate/Bachelor in Computer Sciences o Telecomunications engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in IT industry, 2 years experience in managing teams and 2 years experience in project management (IT infrastructure). Experience in helpdesk service/product support will be a plus
  • Languages: English & Spanish fluent.
  • Skills: Leadership, Customer Oriented, Global visión, problema solving, strategy and teamwork.
