Job Description:  Regional Sales Manager West Africa
In order to enlarge our sales capacity in the West Africa subregion, Radwin is opening a position for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) West Africa.
Reporting directly to RADWIN Sales Director, NW Africa, and dotted line to the General Manager of all the region, 
the West Africa RSM will be in charge to develop, generate revenue income, growth and manage all end customer and business partners in the assigned territory.  
It will be measured on the success of the revenue and sales performance.

Territory Responsibilities:  Sales in the countries to be assigned in the WEST AFRICA sub Region

Location:    Spain. 
South Europe.  
Other locations considered.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
.- To deliver the Sales Quota for the region.
.- To identify new channels and partners to distribute and support RADWIN sales.
.- To gain revenue by developing on each country the correct eco-system including distributors, resellers, system integrators.
.- To define a territory sales plan, identifying new partners to secure current and new growth segments.
.- To manage properly sales forecasts and quarterly reports.
.- To manage and resolve indirect sales conflicts.

Skills Required
Proven track record of identifying, and delivering annual sales.
Excellent “out of the box” mentality in corporate structure
Knowledge on Direct and Indirect Sales with strong Sales and Management Skills.
The ability to sell Telecom solutions in different vertical markets.
Recruiting and managing Channels and maintaining relations with top partners and end users.
Experience in Carriers, Telecom Service Providers, Government projects, WISPs, Security, Utility.
Cooperating with internal departments in the company as marketing, product manager, commercial unit,...
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong negotiation skills and strong presentation skills
Proven track interacting with C-class executives
Executive level presence

Requirements

Requirements

Track record of success in sales.
French speaker and fluent written and spoken. 
 
English speaker and fluent written and spoken.
Willing to travel 50 - 70% of working time
At least 5 years of experience in IT, Wireless industry.
