• Planning, establishment and inspection of biotechnological
fermentation processes in the lab up to half-technical scale
• Specialist competent and self dependent supervision and
coaching of a project team, which consists of scientific and
technical staff during the conduct and documentation of
experiments
• Literature and patent research
• Close collaboration with internal and external partners
• Direct reporting to general manager

• Scientific expertise in the areas of eukaryotic cell culture and
fermentation is our prerequisite
• Multiple years of relevant work experience as a lab scientist or
project leader in industry or academia and have successfully
supervised a research team
• Good proficiency in English is essential
• An accurate and structured way of working-also under time
pressure-as well as personal responsibility and high sense of
responsibility
• Ability to work in teams, organizational talent and flexibility
