Job description

Main Objective and tasks

We are looking for a graduate with an excellent professional track, international background and preferable an experience in management consulting.

The main purpose is to supervise local and international accreditations and processes definition. He/she will also help the Director of the Division in different tasks.

It is a proof reading, process establishment and an analytical position.

Tasks:

  1.  Processes: Compile processes information. Responsible for gathering internal information from all IESE divisions. 
  2.  Processes: Implement a tool for the storage of processes and their follow-up.
  3.  Accreditations: Coordinate the information for the Accreditation Agencies.
  4.  Accreditations: Gather all information from all Divisions, write or review what others have written according to the guidelines.
  5.  Accreditations: Manage the relationship with the accredited programs and do the follow-up of the improvement areas.

Other tasks the Director would need help with.

Requirements

Education and experience

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. / B.A.), preferably in Business Studies.
  2. MBA at a top ranking European or American school would be desirable.
  3. Proficient in English and Spanish.

Key competences

  • Candidates must possess empathy and be able to connect and relate to people. It will be important to have negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with diverse constituency, including senior faculty and administrators.
  • Organizational skills and able to plan and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Client and service orientation, having a spirit for giving service.
  • Results oriented: highly motivated to achieve objectives, both individually and as part of a team.
