Job description

Our Office in London is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to help in three objectives: the pursuit of Major Donations to the IESE Endowment, the networking with Alumni and the support to Executive Education leads and events.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • The EA would contribute to creating the convincing IESE narrative and narrowing the efforts onto probable donors by building profiles of each target donor using media searches and other sources.
  • In the donor cultivation and solicitation phases, prospective donors are likely to be received in IESE’s London office. The EA will welcoming the VIP visitors with the appropriate deference.
  • The EA would prepare documents and files for the donors meetings.
  • The EA would coordinate events and build relationship with IESE’s alumn
  • The EA would be also involved in the CRM management and follow up of the qualitative leads.

Requirements

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum six years related office / business experience.
  • BA / BSc strongly preferred or secretarial studies.
  • English native or Professional level.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, be highly motivated, and able to work independently as well as integrate positively within the team.
  • Careful and organized approach to documents, agendas and notes of meetings.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail. Carefulness.
  • Computer software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, FrontPage, Internet search, Data base
