Support the research of the BI Research Fund Chronic Care Management. The research will combine the improvement of healthcare models, changing processes, and how it can be applied to chronic patients. It will involve some literature review and analysis as well as interviewing and visiting healthcare institutions to document their practices on operational excellence.
