Supply Analyst

Kingfisher is undergoing a significant transformation to create a unified, unique and leading offer for our customers. Changes are being made to the Kingfisher operating model driven by the SAP Easier, Wholesale and Unified Offer programmes.

Supply & Logistics (S&L) is the part of OSC that manages and operates the supply and logistics activities for all OpCos. The role of S&L is to create an integrated supply chain, from vendor to customer to improve levels of stock efficiency, reduce duplication and costs.

The Supply Analyst will work as part of a Sourcing Supply team and will support the Supply Manager to manage the product life cycle, ensuring all unified ranges and promotions are delivered on time in full to Operating Companies. They will analyse the best routes to market, and other supply chain factors improving ways of working and reduce end to end supply chain costs

They will work closely with the other sourcing functions, Operating companies and vendors managing ongoing performance ensuring supply standards are maintained to best manage the product life cycle.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Providing data and insight to support the development of the end to end supply chain to improve process, costs and availability for a product area.
• Plan flows to a high degree of accuracy in order to support short to medium term planning to support stock and capacity planning for a product area.
• In collaboration with vendors, sourcing offices, logistics OpCo market and OSC category teams to order/deliver range launches, promotions and ongoing replenishment to ensure the required level of sales and profit are met.
• Deliver new ranges OTIF to our customers through the co-ordination of a critical path, resolution of any issues and active stakeholder management.
• Ensure any developments meet the required supply and logistics operating standards defined in the vendor manual
• Deliver to agreed stock, availability and end to end supply chain costs targets for a product area.
