Job description

We are looking for a Visual Basic Developer to join the development team of one of our main clients in Germany.

The selected person will be in charge of the development in VBA and SQL of different tools to automate the configuration control and industrialization of our clients, automating the reporting and the detection of inconsistencies between databases.

What will I do? These will be your main functions:

You will create different tools in VBA and SQL to automatize configuration control as a proof of concept.
Set ways to standardize the control of the industrialization progress and compare different databases to find discrepancies.
You will perfectly understand the target of the project, with a clear overview of the following steps.
Serve as a help to the industrialization team, who you will work closely with.
Present and defend your proposals in front of the customer to get validation.

Requirements

Good communicator in English is mandatory. German is an asset, as well as Spanish.
High level of VBA and SQL programming skills, with high passion for programming. Other programming languages are an asset.
Demonstrated experience achieving customer satisfaction.
High compliance standards.
Certifications in PMP, Lean Manufacturing and SCRUM are valuable.
Experience in the aerospace industry as configuration or manufacturing engineer is valuable.
