1. Legal information and agreement

    The present conditions regulate the use of the Job Application Service (hereafter “JAS”) that the company Talent Clue (hereafter “The Company”) offers to Candidates in Internet.

  2. Data Protection

    • Personal Data Treatment

      According to that established in the Personal Data Protection Act (LOPD) 15/1999 of December 13th, please be advised that your personal details are included in the files held by the Company. The purpose of the treatment is to process your application.

      Only if the Company requires you to appoint former colleagues for references, you authorise the Company to contact them and check your professional experiences and skills.

    • Security

      The Company applies the legally required levels of security according to Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21st, for protecting legally required personal details according to Personal Data Protection Act (LOPD). In spite of which technical safety within the Internet medium is not impregnable and there still may be attacks caused by premeditated actions on the part of third parties. The Company has installed all of the technical means and measures available to it in order to prevent these actions.

    • ARCO Rights

      The Candidate will be able to exert his/her right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose (ARCO Rights) such treatment in the terms established by applicable legislation.   3. Intellectual property

    All the contents in JAS such as texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, graphic design, source code and other audiovisual or sound contents (hereafter “Contents”) are property of The Company or third parties. None of these rights will be transferred to the Candidates unless it is absolutely necessary for the use of the JAS.

    Trade marks, commercial names or distinctive signs are property of the Company or third parties. The access to JAS does not give any rights to Candidates over them.

  4. The use of the service

    The Candidate will properly use the JAS in accordance with the law and the present Terms and Conditions. The Candidate will be liable for any damages that he/she may cause as a result of a breach of these obligations.

    The Candidate guarantees the authenticity of any data that communicates as a result of filling the forms which are necessary. The Candidate will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate conduct and the damages caused to the Company or a third party for the information provided.

  5. Legislation

    This Legal Notice is governed in each of its points by Spanish law.
