1. Incorporation of personal data to TTA Personal GmbH files

    Pursuant to the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th on Personal Data Protection, we are informing all those registering or submitting an application (hereinafter, "the Applicants") for the job offers of that all personal data provided by the Applicant will be incorporated to the files held by TTA Personal GmbH for the purposes inherent to a human resources department, that is, the management of the application in the different selection processes.

    Providing all the requested data is necessary for an optimal provision of the services made available to the Applicant. If all data is not provided, TTA Personal GmbH does not ensure that the information and services requested can be accurately provided or that they best suit the Applicant’s needs.

    The Applicant ensures that the information provided is correct, complete, and up-to-date at all times, releasing both TTA Personal GmbH and the Employers from the consequences and damages caused to others and/or third parties resulting from its inaccuracy.     The Applicant expressly consents to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including sharing his personal data with other companies within the same business group as TTA Personal GmbH .

    The Applicant may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection provided by the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th on Personal Data Protection by written communication addressed to TTA Personal GmbH, Bertha-Benz-Straße 5, 10557 – Berlin, Germany; or by email at info@tta-personal.de. In both cases, the Applicant must attach copy of his/her national identity document, passport or other valid means of identification.

  4. Prohibited for Minors

    The services offered by TTA Personal GmbH are aimed at persons of legal age. Applicants must acknowledge being of legal age. Otherwise, we urge the Applicant to leave the website immediately.

  5. Applicant’s Obligations

    The Applicant commits to submitting true and accurate data, keeping them up-to-date, and to be responsible for informing TTA Personal GmbH of any modification thereof.

    The Applicant is responsible for third-party personal data which may be included in TTA Personal GmbH. In this regard, the Applicant must obtain their previous and express consent after informing them of the terms in this Privacy Policy. The Applicant undertakes not to hold TTA Personal GmbH liable for any potential claim, fine or penalty resulting from the Applicant’s failure to comply with the duties described in this paragraph.

  6. Intellectual and Industrial Property

    All contents of this website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, images, graphics, icons, technology, software, links and other audio or audiovisual contents, as well as their, graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the “Contents”), are the intellectual property of TTA Personal GmbH or the companies of the group, and no operation right recognized by the regulations currently in effect regarding intellectual property may be understood as transferred to the Applicant, except for those strictly necessary for the use of this employment service.

    All brands, trade names or logos are property of TTA Personal GmbH, and it may not be construed that access to this employment service attributes any right over these brands, trade names and/or logos.

  7. Safety

    TTA Personal GmbH maintains the personal data protection safety levels pursuant to the existing legislation.

  8. Amendments to This Privacy Policy

    TTA Personal GmbH maintains the personal data protection safety levels pursuant to the existing legislation, particularly to the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th on Personal Data Protection and the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, approving the regulation implementing Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th on Personal Data Protection, as well as its subsequent amendments.
