The Sant Joan de Déu Foundation wants to incorporate a person in charge of international projects who will carry out his duties within the Department for the Promotion and Management of Research.
Description of the Position
- Responsible for managing international projects, mainly European Commission projects (Framework Program, ERASMUS +, EIT Health, among others).
- Responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Project Managers.
- Reports directly to the head of the Research Promotion and Management Department.
Job Description
- Work directly with the PI and with Funding Institution of the managed projects.
- Planning, monitoring and economic justification of international projects (mainly projects of the European Framework Program, EIT Health, ERASMUS +, among others).
- Responsible for supervising the Project Managers office of the financed projects. Guide, train and coordinate them to ensure excellence in the management of active projects.
- Review and negotiation of consortium agreements and other types of agreements.
- Management of audits of managed projects.
- Monitoring of new regulations and policies of institutional interest.
- Attendance at conferences, information sessions and meetings of interest.
- Participation in networks, working groups of interest.

Requirements of the candidates
- Higher education in Management, or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of experience in the international research project management process, especially calls for H2020, EIT HEALTH and ERASMUS +.
- The experience of coordinated projects is valuable.
- The experience in managing or coordinating teams is valuable.
